Need a woman Hair Salon that will cut my hair based on my face shape (I'm foreigner)

I see those short videos where the barber will literally transform the guy's face shape to have sharper jawline and almost like lookmaxxing. I need the same one for me. But I'm a bit worried about language barrier. submitted by /u/Charming-Will-8957 [link] [comments] The Bangkok Community https://ift.tt/tEhxv5Y Bangkok Hotel Deals

Travel insurance for Thailand expats doing visa runs?

I’m currently living in Thailand on a DTV visa, and I’ll need to exit soon as I approach my 180-day stay limit. I’m planning a one-week trip to another Asian country and I’m curious what others do for travel insurance to cover things like flights, lost/stolen items, and medical. I already have inpatient cover with Cigna, which covers me for up to 45 days outside Thailand and the UK. But I’m looking for options that will cover expats who’ve already been out of their home country for several months, since many insurers won’t cover you if you’ve been abroad for a while. What providers or strategies do others use in this situation? submitted by /u/Terrible_Tadpole_173 [link] [comments] The Bangkok Community https://ift.tt/1tND327 Bangkok Hotel Deals

I want to rent 2 or 3 condo near Ekkamai

My spouse, I and three friends are digital nomads. We plan to rent three 35-square-meter one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments. The lease term is about 2-3 months. The monthly rental budget is 20,000-25,000 baht. The reason for choosing Ekkamai is that there are many Japanese izakayas in this area. We like to drink Asahi very much, and there are many nightlife and cafes. Currently, I am considering the following condos: The Fine Bangkok Rhythm Ekkamai Has anyone lived in one of the ones I mentioned? I would like to give me some advice. The Fine Bangkok looks very clean and tidy from the pictures, and the public facilities area is good, with a beautiful high-altitude swimming pool and gym, but I am not sure whether the pool is well maintained and clean. The swimming pool and gym are our main requirements. In addition, I feel that the Ari area is also good. Can you give me some recommendations? submitted by /u/rubsguide [link] [comments] The Bangkok Community h...

Looking for FSME vaccine

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone knows where I can get the FSME vaccine here in Bangkok? I asked Bangkok Christian, Thai Travel Clinic and Wellmed Bangkok but they all said they don’t have it. Condo Suggestions!

I’m moving to Bangkok in August and just trying to shortlist a few condos. I have been lurking on FB pages for a couple of weeks now and just wanted to see if reddit can give me more insights. Budget up to 25k. Public Transportation is essential since I don’t drive. My office is in a city - CentralWorld and they have plans to move to One Bangkok. Prefer a convenient location with grocery and food around. Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts and advice! submitted by /u/Intelligent-Fly9217 [link] [comments] The Bangkok Community https://ift.tt/pCD5P7t Bangkok Hotel Deals

I have tried searching Google with limited success, I am hoping someone can fill me in with some details please. Looking for the Best Neighborhood to LIVE IN - Quiet, no bars and clubs, near metro preferred, area with HOUSES with a backyard, GREENERY & Parks nearby, neighborhood vibe.

I liked in Thonglor & Ekkamai before and hated it so please don't recommend, its just like a shopping / dubai vibe which I hate... I'm looking for a more residential neighborhood, that have houses that are more newly developed with a backyard, GREENERY & GRASS & SIDEWALKS (for morning walks and runs), need to be quiet and safe for evening runs & walks in the neighborhood. Just simple necessities. Parks and greenery nearby is important (need to escape the concrete jungle). I guess I prefer a place that is friendly to expats, SAFE at night for solo female, less pollution than the city center, cleaner and newer water pipes, residential area, friendly folks. Prefer it to be near a metro but okay if the metro is within 20 min walking distance (I prefer and like to walk since the city lifestyle is very sedentary), don't want to do bikes all the time... Please advise! This is for LONG TERM LIVING where I can get established in the neighborhood and make friends t...
