I want to rent 2 or 3 condo near Ekkamai

My spouse, I and three friends are digital nomads. We plan to rent three 35-square-meter one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments. The lease term is about 2-3 months.

The monthly rental budget is 20,000-25,000 baht. The reason for choosing Ekkamai is that there are many Japanese izakayas in this area. We like to drink Asahi very much, and there are many nightlife and cafes.

Currently, I am considering the following condos:

1. The Fine Bangkok

2. Rhythm Ekkamai

Has anyone lived in one of the ones I mentioned? I would like to give me some advice. The Fine Bangkok looks very clean and tidy from the pictures, and the public facilities area is good, with a beautiful high-altitude swimming pool and gym, but I am not sure whether the pool is well maintained and clean. The swimming pool and gym are our main requirements.
