How do I report (anonymously) someone doing illegal activity online?

An agent told me he will provide me certain service and didn't. I asked for refund and he agreed. But he still won't give my money back after months. He keeps delaying. I am planning to report him. I know the process. Maybe I will get my money back, i don't know. But, he also do illegal activities online (with separate account) which is not related to my case. How do I tip the police anonymous to go arrest him for that activity. I will only do this if my case isn't resolved. Need help with an abandoned kitten

So, I have been staying near Pholenchit BTS and there’s an abandoned kitten which is alone and has been meowing without any food or water since morning. Exams during exchange semester at Chula

Hi, I am looking for some info from students who studied abroad at chula. I've read somewhere that exchange students are allowed to choose exams from only one degree. is this true? Looking for Education and Career advice

I am from India, and I have work experience as an associate software engineer for one year, and I have a bachelor's in computer science with a 3 GPA, good GRE, and TOEFL scores. I am thinking of pursuing a master's in computer science or an MBA/finance degree in Thailand at one of these universities: Chula, Thammasat, NIDA, Mohidol, and Sasin. What are the realistic salary expectations after graduating from one of these programs? I read in multiple subreddits saying that expats at companies like Agoda make north of 100-120k THB per month as a junior-mid-level role, but it sounds too good to be true. I am unsure how Indians are viewed there after a lot of bad civic behaviour from my countrymen, which is unfortunate, and I am slightly ashamed of that, but I am willing to learn the language and respect the culture and assimilate, hopefully. Best low fuel consumption car

Is Asok/Asoke a bad choice for a family?

I understand that this is an expensive, busy, expat neighborhood at this point. The reason it makes sense to live near Asoke is due to proximity to the kids' school (walking distance is fantastic). Is it still a bad choice? Is it too close to Nana and Soi Cowboy to be comfortable? I'm familiar with the area somewhat, but not familiar with living there as opposed to visiting the neighborhood once. Are there better options that still make it simple to get to the Asoke station by public transit? I've looked at Thong Lor which seems close on the map, but not that close if you're trying to use public transport, and not walking distance on the regular M-F. Or is it not that bad? Any advice for getting a poor Isaan farmer girl with no real money or job a tourist visa to Europe?

Id like to take my GF on a Euro trip this summer for 1-3 months. Shes a girl who comes from nothing with no connections or money. Anyone have any advice on increasing her odds at a visa? Really annoying tourists

So i grew up in bkk my whole life and alot of my uni work is around siam and surrounding areas. Ive had a recent rise in really annoying/borderline mean tourists. I usually go to a small cafe in bacc and i saw a french couple getting mad at the barista for not understanding french. Another experience I had was a group of white men bumping into me really hard at siam paragon while I was getting tea and just like walking away. I also had a group of farang girls talk badly about me and my prof really loudly beside us at another gallery (me and my prof were speaking in English). And many more honestly. I swear tourists weren’t like this pre 2022. Idk whats been happening recently but I also hear similar stories from my other friends and stuff. There was event an instance of a group of exchange students fighting my friends at uni over football.
