Looking for the Best Neighborhood to LIVE IN - Quiet, no bars and clubs, near metro preferred, area with HOUSES with a backyard, GREENERY & Parks nearby, neighborhood vibe.

I liked in Thonglor & Ekkamai before and hated it so please don't recommend, its just like a shopping / dubai vibe which I hate...

I'm looking for a more residential neighborhood, that have houses that are more newly developed with a backyard, GREENERY & GRASS & SIDEWALKS (for morning walks and runs), need to be quiet and safe for evening runs & walks in the neighborhood. Just simple necessities. Parks and greenery nearby is important (need to escape the concrete jungle). I guess I prefer a place that is friendly to expats, SAFE at night for solo female, less pollution than the city center, cleaner and newer water pipes, residential area, friendly folks. Prefer it to be near a metro but okay if the metro is within 20 min walking distance (I prefer and like to walk since the city lifestyle is very sedentary), don't want to do bikes all the time...

Please advise! This is for LONG TERM LIVING where I can get established in the neighborhood and make friends there :)
