Fine dining in Bangkok under 2,000 baht a head, what do you actually go back to?

Every list I open is either the same six Michelin names or a blog from 2019 where half the places have closed. Looking for proper sit down dinners, tasting menu or a la carte, where the bill lands under 2000 per person with a drink. Not street food, and not the hotel restaurants where you walk out 5k lighter. Lunch sets count if it's the same kitchen at night.
