Fine dining in Bangkok under 2,000 baht a head, what do you actually go back to?

Every list I open is either the same six Michelin names or a blog from 2019 where half the places have closed.

Looking for proper sit down dinners, tasting menu or a la carte, where the bill lands under 2000 per person with a drink. Not street food, and not the hotel restaurants where you walk out 5k lighter.

Lunch sets count if it's the same kitchen at night. Curious what people rate that doesn't show up on every list.
