How to deal with irresponsible agent and owner of the condo?

I just moved in to a new condo in Bangkok and I have been added to line group. Since I moved in, there are several issues with the room. Despite me repeatedly reporting these issues in the room, no one even reads my messages. I don’t even know who is the owner or who is the agent responsible for this room. No one is reachable except this one person who said she is not responsible for anything and told me to reach out to others who never read or respond my messages both in line group as well as via DM.

I am only asking simple things such as aircon should be fixed, TM30 and an extra keycard. But, no response at all. The person who responds told me that everything was working before I moved in and now things are broken. I reported these issues since the day I moved in and now I am sort of being blamed without even any proper inspections.

So, what do I do? Do I move out? I have already unpacked my stuff and that would be a lot of work to move out on top of finding a new place as well. Where can I report them?
