Why Thai Airways keep things transparent

I have been following Thai Airways flights from past 2 days. Their status consistently is so opaque. At the last moment they tell travelers on the right status. As an Airline you know and can predict your commitment based on the load and the man power you have. It’s so disappointing that they don’t update any on the actual delay and folks are continuously suffering. We need to get this stopped from them
