Found a kitten hit by a car. Where should I bring her?

I found a kitten that was hit by a car in Thonglor. I brought her into a 24 hour vet and they said her abdominal wall is ruptured and she will likely need surgery. Separately, I'm talking to a cat rescue that said she'll take her after the surgery. The surgery is very expensive though and I would have to be the one that pays. She's in stable enough condition to be moved to another vet they said. I want her to get taken care of but I'm not going to be in Bangkok for that long and our own pet back home is going through chemo which is very expensive.
