What areas have good older but nice complex condos under the 2 million baht price tag and in a decent area and not to far from Benjakitti park. Like 8-10 stops max preferably on the bts or mrt. Looking for 35sqm plus as well. Anyone have any recommendations? Also how can I check to make sure people are paying their common fees and what happens if people don’t pay their share?
