Cheap Hotels. I look at Atlas Bangkok Hotel or White Orchid Inn near Nana

I am looking for some cheap hotel in party area were I can meet Thai and Asian people. Not beach touristy. In Bangkok.

I have found two hotels. Atlas Bangkok Hotel or White Orchid Inn near Nana. Anyone stayed on any of them.
