This website limousine-in-th from Thai Visa Centre claims to be offering a “VIP fast track lane” service for Bangkok airports, but it is fake. This is not an authorized Fast Track reseller from Airports of Thailand (AOT) and is an unofficial service that involves their private visa agents meeting you at the airport and then bringing you to pre-arranged immigration officers in order to skip the queue in exchange for tea money.
They have been using black hat SEO tricks to push down other web pages in Google search results like AAA, Marriott Hotels, and even Thai government websites.
If you really want to buy Fast Track you can use the official SAWASDEE app from AOT to ensure you are getting the legitimate service, or Business class passengers often get it included with their airfare already (ask your airline about it).
