Is Thailand a Good Move for a Cybersecurity/IAM Engineer with 5 Years Experience?

Hi everyone 👋

I’m from India and currently working in the cybersecurity domain (Security Engineer / Identity & Access Management) with around 5 years of experience.

I’ve been thinking seriously about moving to Thailand and wanted to understand how the job market looks for someone with my background. Are there good opportunities in cybersecurity/IAM there?

I’d also really appreciate any insights on expected salary ranges for this experience level. For context, I’m currently earning around ₹8 LPA in India, which is roughly ~340,000–350,000 THB per year.

Any guidance, personal experiences, or even small tips would mean a lot to me 🙏 Thanks in advance!
