Hi. Because I shave my face on 0, i got some hairs that turned ingrown between my chin and mouth. this created a puffy bump. i got this now for half a year

what doctor or beauty clinic should i visit?

will my health insurance even cover a beauty clinic visit LOL i guess its better to visit a beauty clinic that is also an official skin doctor so my insurance will pay my claim?
