Traveling Solo to Chiang Mai & Bangkok — Looking to Meet People, Explore, and Connect

Hey all — I’ll be in Thailand for about 10 days in January (Chiang Mai - Jan. 8-11; Bangkok Jan. 11-18) and I’m traveling solo. I’m hoping to meet some interesting people along the way — fellow travelers, locals, anyone open to hanging out, exploring, grabbing food/coffee, or showing me corners of the city I wouldn’t find alone.

I’m pretty open-minded about the kind of connections I make:
• travel buddies for day trips
• new friends to explore cafés, markets, or temples
• locals who want to share their favorite spots
• also open to meeting someone I vibe with romantically if it happens naturally :)

About me: Early 40's, Caucasian male from the US, chill, respectful, active, into culture, fitness, good food, and good conversation. Not a party-hard type but enjoy nightlife in moderation. Also big on meditation and wellness.
