We’re arriving in Bangkok (DMK) at 6 AM from another country and we’re supposed to take a 10 AM flight to Chiang Mai. Then Nok Air suddenly rescheduled our flight to 7 AM which we couldn’t possibly catch since we still need to clear immigration and get our bags.
Now they’ve moved us to a 5 PM flight instead, which means we’ll be stuck at the airport for nearly 12 hours. We asked if they could offer anything, like lounge access or boarding priority but they said there’s not much they can do.
They gave me a number for their contact center but I can’t call since I’m not from Thailand. 😩
Any suggestions or tips on how to survive or kill time at the DMK airport? Any decent lounges, food spots, or cafes that are worth checking out?
