Must dos in Bangkok?

What are some must dos in Bangkok as a couple or in General?

I have 2 more days here and i dont like partying or sightseeing/visiting temples

I enjoy shopping for clothes, eating really good food, and having unique experiences

So far i visited:

Chinatown Icon Siam CentralWorld Bang Sue Junction Platinum Fashion Mall Ban That Thong Road Cheesecake Factory Bartles Sandwich Sathorn Lumpini Park 

The only thing I have planned is a rooftop bar next. Am I missing something? I really liked Bang Sue Junction and Bartles Sandwich Cafe im staying in Sathorn (Eastin Grand Hotel)
