They won’t provide a work visa and want me to enter Thailand on a tourist visa to work until probation ends, which I know is absolutely illegal.

Instead of a standard health check, they demand drugs and STDs certificates (who ask for it!?? I worked in many countries and never been asked for it).

After reading other posts online, I’m wondering is this one of those shady ops where you end up in Cambodia or worse? Anyone heard of them?
