What are documents are required to transfer a bike/car from a foreigners name to a Thai person

I have bought a second hand bike and car from the same person and he turns out to be a foreigner. He isn’t aware of the documents that he required in order to transfer the documents to my name. He is leaving the country and heading back to his home country in 2 weeks, so I have to be quick with this process. Thanks 🙏
