I’ve ordered food from a Western restaurant in Nana about an hour ago. I live in Sathorn and the driver went all the way to W district in Phra Khanong and he has been stuck there for like 40 minutes already.
I’ve sent multiple messages to the driver to no avail.
I’ve contacted Foodpanda multiple times already, they’ve tried to contact the driver but he didn’t pick up the phone. They’ve offered me 40 THB in voucher (while the total order value is more than 400 thb).
As of now (22:29) the driver is still in Phra Khanong and not moving.
I’m sooo tired of these stupid food delivery drivers cause there’s always something wrong lately. One guy even had the guts to come to my place, make a picture of the food at my condo and take it back with him to enjoy it himself!!
Who the F*** does something like that? And there’s no real support in Foodpanda nor Grab with issues like these…
Anyone had a similar experience when ordering food in bkk? Or even in Pattaya or wherever?
