trying to build a PC in Thailand is hard. also, i have some questions about something.

so, yeah... im trying to build a pc, saw some posts recommending JIB and Advice, so i used those sites to buy some parts and mainly used amazon to buy the parts that are unavailable here (which are most parts). so anyway, there's this particular psu i want: the MSI mag a550bn. but the price in the Advice site seems significantly cheaper compared to ANY OTHER shops. it's selling even cheaper than the retail price.

all the other parts bought in thailand have been more expensive than their amazon counterpart. why is this PSU so cheap? is advice a scam website? a lot of people here seem to recommend that site, but i don't know... maybe im being overly paranoid? but i wanna know more people's opinions.
