Online shopping from Lazada in Bangkok

I wanted to order some wigs from Lazada and it says they are coming from china I will be there in Thailand Bangkok till 10th January And the product says it will come by global delivery and will come by 6th January I wanted to ask firstly is Lazada safe to use my credit card on? Second will the order reach on time?
