For context I'm a young female white tourist so I suspect I could be a target for scammers but need to purchase a second hand phone this weekend before I fly to Japan. My pixel is about to die and all I need is a cheap phone with screen in working order and a decent camera and battery in okay condition. That's all I need, would prefer android as all my data is backed up on google or easy switch over. Yes I could buy a new phone but I would rather wait until I'm in my back in my home country where warranty is guaranteed etc.
I've heard MBK would be most ideal? Is there anything I need to look out for, red flags, potential scams? Will some of the outlets allow you to bargain price down? Also do I need to consider whether phones in Thailand may or may not work in Japan?? Any advice helpful
