Getting AIS WiFi set up in a condo

I am about to take on a condo for either six months or a year. Absolutely crucial for me is that I have fast WiFi in the condo.

How easy/difficult is it to get this sorted with AIS?

Are there any packages with AIS that are recommended?

Is there anything I need to watch out for, ie compatibility with fiber etc?
