High-end weekend getaway/activities?

My best friend will be visiting soon and I wanna take her on a nice weekend together. Ideally a weekend getaway (2-3 days) but can also be in or around Bangkok.

Any recommendations for high-end destinations/activities/hotels/restaurants that would make this weekend unforgettable? Doesn’t necessarily have to be 5-star luxury but I’m happy to splurge.
