What exactly are the laws concerning smoking cigs, not weed, in bangkok or the rest of thailand. I feel like ive gone through a million reddit posts but its still unclear.
For the record,
- im talking about regular cigarettes, not cannabis.
- i don't smoke indoors, it's been banned in my country for years, so i don't have that habit.
- i always carry a portable pocket ashtray because i hate littering.
- im obviously not going to smoke while walking through crowded areas or blow smoke at other people.
With that in mind,
- Can i smoke on a cafe patio?
- at an outdoor restaurant where the seating isn't enclosed?
- on sidewalks or in alleys?
- will bars have smoking areas?
im really not trying to get fined, cause disruptions or insult the people or worse so im sincerely asking to stick to the exact law.
Also can i find marlboro golds at a 7/11?
