I thought read that I (US citizen) over 50 needed FBI clearance if I apply for a Non O retirement visa while in Thailand. As I recall I can get the finger print card from the US embassy and have Thai immigration take my prints and then send them to the FBI in the US. I asked this question on a Thai retirement website and they stated it wasn’t needed and want a second opinion. Many thanks.
